The Lead Qualification Specialist is functions as the Person of First Contact for Lumerit Education. The Lead Qualification Specialist responds to all new inquiries that the Admissions department receives from Marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Student Qualification. Using phone and email, the Lead Qualification Specialist contacts prospective students to make sure they understand and are qualified for our programs. 
  • Student Education. The Lead Qualification Specialist develops an expertise on higher education and help families walk through their options, particularly focusing on solutions provided by Lumerit Education.
  • Support Admissions Counselors. Each Lead Qualification Specialist works with an Admissions Counselor. You will be responsible for working with them to ensure pipeline integrity and help them manage their student load. 
  • Data Integrity. Work with Sales Operations to ensure that all data in the CRM is as accurate as possible. when working with student, have an eye to verify student info at every interaction to ensure that we have reliable student data. 
  • Continuing Self Education. Spend time each week educating yourself on what's new in higher education.

  • Teamwork. Balances team and individual responsibilities; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Volunteers readily; Undertakes self-development activities; Asks for and offers help when needed.
  • Detail Oriented. Does not abandon detail work to others, but works to create both immediate solutions to gaps in details as well as create tools to proactively address them in the future.
  • Problem Solving. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

  • Travel. No travel anticipated
  • Hours. 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Monday - Friday with additional time as needed
