Summary:
Assists the Customer Services Manager in professionally and patiently answering students’ questions or directing them to the proper department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Promptly meets the needs of Lumerit students via phone, email and chat with energetic and personal care.Professionally represents other departments to the customers.
  • Process Adherence: Follow proper procedure and stay within company policy while assisting customers.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain excellent and comprehensive written records/notes for all customer interaction.
  • Additional Task: Assists General Services Manager in department-related responsibilities, ensuring a consistent, high quality service to students. Participates in regular training sessions to further develop skills and knowledge.

  • Teamwork. Balances team and individual responsibilities; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Volunteers readily; Undertakes self-development activities; Asks for and offers help when needed.


General Parameters

Location: Onsite 
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required.
Hours:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 12pm to 8pm CST
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 4pm to 8pm CST
  • Saturday: 10am to 4pm CST
  • Friday and Sunday: Off
